Geoteaming

I'm the CEO and the Big Kid of Geoteaming, specializing in using technology and adventure for corporate team building and leadership skills. I spent 10 years at Microsoft specializing in cross-team collaboration and Doing More With Less for teams, and have spent the last 11 years teaching all of my experience in 4 hours or less.

I have won the Training Magazine 2008 Top Young Trainer of the Year Award, BBB Innovative Business Practices, Top 40 Entrepreneur Under The Age of 40 (although I'm 41 now), and I've made the Fastest Growing Minority Owned Business for 3 years in a row.

I have 3 amazing kids aged 12, 10, 8 and when I'm not playing/working, I'm playing with snowboarding, riding my Harley, playing poker tournaments and anything else to have fun!
